Description

I am currently looking for a Project Worker to join one of our charities services based in North London. The role is Monday - Friday but will be on a rota. The shift pattern is 8.00am - 3.30pm and 2.30pm pm. The client group is Rough sleepers whohave experienced Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol issues.

Responsibilities within the Support Worker role:

Hold a case load of around 10 key clients
Hold regular key working sessions to stabilize support
Complete needs & risk assessments
Signpost service users to relevant support services
Supporting clients around work, education and employment
Assisting service users around budgets

For this Support Worker role you will need a valid Children's + Adults DBS within the last year or one that is on the update service.
