Role - Assurance Auditor
Team - Scotch Governance
Location - Cameronbridge / Fife & Central Scotland
Full Time & Permanent

We are hiring an exciting role within our Governance team - someone who enjoys autonomy, flexibility and a real challenge...
This person, in collaboration with the Technical Specialists, will provide recommendations and mentorship to improve current levels of compliance across all Governance fields.
There will also be a focus on internal assurance for Scotch, ensuring sufficient controls are in place to satisfy the Global technical standards.
Here are some of the skills and experiences you will have- Previous experience in a functional governance food / drink or manufacturing related industries would be really good
- Relevant qualifications in Governance / Auditing
- Ability to understand and interpret a wide range of information and data
- Interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with colleagues at all levels
- Time management and organisational skills to prioritise audits and tasks.
- Report writing skills to enable audit results to be documented factually and impartially on Enablon.
- IT skills to enable the use of Enablon, EQMS, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Schedule, organise and conduct Assurance audits across Scotch
- Perform Assurance audits to assess the effectiveness of governance management systems and levels of compliance spanning all areas of Diageo's Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety, ISO, Risk, FEMAS and HMRC Technical Standards.
- Accurately interpret audit findings and clearly document audit results and recommendations to address areas for improvement identified during the audit on Enablon.
- Monitor, track through to closure and report on action progression on a quarterly / monthly basis across various level of Management. Support sites to close the gaps and gain full compliance.
