About the role
We're excited to be looking for a
Reception and Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team.
You'll contribute to the organisations success through improving the experience of our customers, colleagues and visitors by delivering administration and reception services that help ensure the smooth day to day running of NCFE.
How you'll make an impact:
- Monitor and action all service desk requests within SLA timelines.
- Assist with receptionist services to visitors by providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reception switchboard and hub of Q6 including directing calls/visitors and contractors.
- Accountable for processing incoming and outgoing mail/courier consignments
- Carry out monthly internal building checks.
- General administrative duties to support the wider Facilities team.
We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- Experience of working on a busy reception or a similar customer facing role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Ability to manager own workload and achieve deadlines/SLAs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good grammar and spelling.
