Description

Our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for
Customer Service Consultants to join their team for a major project, handling very high-volume inbound calls.

- no prior experience required as full training will be provided.


What we can offer

  • Competitive pay of
    £16 per hour, inclusive of holidays and with
    weekly pay.
  • Customer Service and telephony experience is preferred but not essential as
    full and comprehensive training is provided.

Sociable working hours - core working hours are
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, no late evenings or weekends

  • The is a
    hybrid role based at the
    L&G office in Hove. Initial training (approximately 2 weeks) will be office based and once you are able to work independently without support, you can work on a
    hybrid basis.
  • The start date for this role will be in
    December or January dependent on your availability.
  • Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a
    lucrative
    retention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.

Job Types:

Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:

£16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus
