As an Early Career Teacher, or Student Teacher, we appreciate you have drive, enthusiasm and an abundance of skills to offer in a busy learning environment So, we want to help you out

We are urgently looking for Primary Teachers / Student Teachers to work in North East Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.

If you are a Student Teacher, you can work for Tradewind as a Student Teacher between now and the summer gaining valuable experience in a range of Primary Schools and get a head start for September

As an ECT, you will no doubt be weighing up what type of teaching role you want and what / where your ideal setting will be.

Would you prefer a small, rural primary school, or a large academy in a bustling city? Or a specialist SEN provision?

This is sure to help you develop and enhance your teaching skills

To be successful for this role you will need to:

Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
CVs must cover all years of employment history (where possible)
Legal Right to work in the UK

CPD for ECTs We have developed our CPD courses to help hone the necessary skills in the classroom you'll need as an ECT, such as:
Interview Techniques
How to plan a good lesson in accordance with OFSTED
Effective Questioning in the Classroom
Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Safeguarding
Supply Teaching Bible; for everyone new to supply
Creating Behaviour for Learning
