Where:
Northampton Office based


Hours:4 on 4 off
Day/Nights/Weekends (Full time)

Salary:
£28k

About the Role:

To fulfil this role, you must be an excellent communicator with good attention to detail. Well organised and self-motivated. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with strong IT skills.


You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department and delivery of the team's objectives.


  • Using bespoke computer software to plan rotas
  • Monitoring colleague absence and holiday planning
  • Colleague welfare calls

About You:

Ability to demonstrate that you can problem solve under pressure

Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload

Passionate about delivery excellent service

SC clearance - vetting will be conducted after completion of successful interview

Willing to embrace a new and exciting challenge.
