We are recruiting for a client based in Trafford Park, they are looking for customer focused individuals to join their team dealing with their existing clients and dealing with technical enquiries.


  • The role offers flexible working with 3 days office based and 2 days working from home._
Role

  • Providing support and guidance
  • Resolving any technical issues the customer is experiencing
  • Escalating any further technical issues to the senior tech team
  • Providing great customer service
