Recruitment Administrator - Wolverhampton
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Recruitment Administrator to join an established Charity based in Wolverhampton.
- 6month FTC
- 30 hours per week over 4 days
- Hybrid Working (WV2)
Role Recruitment Administrator
- To provide efficient and comprehensive support to the HR Team and line managers with all areas of the recruitment cycle
- Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy requisition through to offer stage.
- Monitor recording of EDI information by applicants through ATS and produce KPI information
- Support the HR Assistant in the coordination and processing of DBS checks
- Create and maintain staff information on the PeopleHR system, ensuring an accurate record is kept at all times
Key Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
- Experience of working in a customer focused function
- Experience of working in a busy office dealing with conflicting demands
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of People HR system
- Schedules and prioritises work to meet deadlines
