Description
This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks within outpatients.

(Starfish) Tasks such as answering telephone queries, prepping clinics/notes, booking appointments, meeting and greeting families for their appointments, documented all information on the Patient Management System.

Supporting all the clinical team to ensure all aspect of the relevant administrative processes and procedures are following to comply with UHW policies.

The role means that awareness of confidentiality is used at all times.

To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Application Support Level 2.


This qualification consists of:

Level 2 Diploma in Digital Application Support (QCF)

Essential Skills - Application of Number (AON) Level 1

Essential Skills - Communication Level 1

Essential Skills - Digital Literacy Level 2

Foundation Apprenticeship in Digital Application Support

This post is fixed term for 15 months to meet the needs of the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
