The Purchasing Administrator role is pivotal to the smooth running of the Planning / Buying Team's activities. Its main purpose is to provide a broad range of administrative duties.
Key skills we are looking for:
- Focussed on delivering tasks accurately and consistently on time
- Have strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent administration skills with attention to detail
- Confident in dealing with suppliers and build relationships with all; as well as overseas customers / suppliers
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Freight forwarding knowledge
- Good Geographical and mathematical Knowledge
- Competent in Microsoft Knowledge and other Software systems
