Job Overview

As a shift supervisor, you will support the store manager by being on the front line with the team ensuring everything runs like clockwork, making sure the team are ready for the shift and our customers are kept happy.

We need your passion to help us grow our business.

Responsibilities

Motivating the team to deliver great product and customer service
Create a fun working environment for you and your fellow team members
Stay confident in a fastpaced working environment
Oversee cleanliness and maintain high company standards in health and safety practices
Train, motivate and mentor the team
Support the store manager

Skills & Qualifications

Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector
Selfmotivated and inspiring
Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
Basic IT Literacy
At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality sector in a management position

Work environment

You will be operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

Salary:
£9.50-£10.00 per hour

Day shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Night shift
Weekend availability

Experience:

- customer Service: 2 years (required)
- food preparation & handling: 2 years (required)
