Job overview:
Exciting and innovative developments are taking place in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly for children's services within Cornwall Foundation Trust, local authority services and education.
We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and motivated system lead to join our team within CFT where this post will be hosted.
Main duties of the job:
By joining our team, you will be part of a transformational process that will improve the outcomes for the most vulnerable families, children, and young people within our county, and contribute to children's Integrated Care System (ISC) - One Vision Strategy.
To create seamless pathways for CYP and families ensuring children their families get the most appropriate support at the right time.
This countywide role will provide expert system leadership
and will co-ordinate the strategic development of the system wide neurodiversity strategy, leading innovation and specific projects within this workstream within CAMHS and LDAP services.

This is a 1 year fixed term position to lead and implement the system changes to create a need led, graduated response to children, young people and their families with neurodiversity.
