We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced, and innovative individual to join our dynamic team as the Head of Assets, to contribute to the growth and success of North Lincolnshire.

This exciting role will be responsible for a variety of functions covering property and land, health and safety, facilities management, fleet, amongst others providing the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Council's performance.


The Head of Assets will play a vital role in the strategic and operational management of North Lincolnshire Council's extensive assets portfolio and lead the development of a new asset management plan, which will ensure the effective utilisation and optimisation of our assets to support the Council's transformation and deliver the aspirations of our Council Plan.
