Customer Service Advisor
Would you like to start a carrier in office-based Customer Service?
Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisor who is seeking carrier progressions to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- First line telephone and reception cover
- Inputting sales orders
- Manage simple customer service issues
- Prepare statistical reports as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Filing and general admin duties.
Health & Safety:
- Be familiar with all policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety.
- Ensure that all safety policies are implemented.
- Assist with the induction and training of all newly appointed staff within the team.
- Be familiar with all policies and procedures relating to the condition of employment.
- Be familiar with the principles of the QMS and EMS.
- Ensure principles of document control are adhered to.
- Ensure principles of nonconformance reporting are adhered to.
