Customer Service Advisor

Would you like to start a carrier in office-based Customer Service?


Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisor who is seeking carrier progressions to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.


Responsibilities

  • First line telephone and reception cover
  • Inputting sales orders
  • Manage simple customer service issues
  • Prepare statistical reports as required
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Filing and general admin duties.

Health & Safety:


  • Be familiar with all policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety.
  • Ensure that all safety policies are implemented.
Human Resources

  • Assist with the induction and training of all newly appointed staff within the team.
  • Be familiar with all policies and procedures relating to the condition of employment.
Quality & Environmental Management Systems (ISO)

  • Be familiar with the principles of the QMS and EMS.
  • Ensure principles of document control are adhered to.
  • Ensure principles of nonconformance reporting are adhered to.
