Now recruiting for a Quality Control Officer - This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring we effectively manage the Financial Crime and Regulatory Risks of our growing customer base, including helping us to manage our more Complex and High Risk customers to deliver a world-leading experience.

You will use your knowledge and experience (particularly in AML/KYC) to support, develop and upskill our Complex and Enhance Due Diligence Officers.

You will be contracted on a 24/7 basis. However, you will work Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the quality of Complex and Enhanced Due Diligence case reports, ensuring that all reports are accurate, complete and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new KYC/ AML policies and procedures; whilst collaborating with other departments as necessary to ensure alignment with the banks inlife risk appetite
  • Provide training to all new starters within the Complex and High Risk teams and support Officers in obtaining an 'accreditation' status
  • Conduct ongoing Quality Assurance checks on 'accredited' officers to ensure standards are met
  • Conduct regular quality control testing to identify areas for improvement in the Complex and High Risk process, and develop and implement remedial actions where necessary

Requirements:


  • Excellent advisory and communication skills able to provide constructive feedback
  • Problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player and keen to help other areas for support where needed.
  • A positive cando attitude. You'll be given the opportunity to lead and make decisions
  • Strong understanding of businesses and company structures
  • An AML/ Financial Crime or Compliance related qualification is preferred
