Full time 40 hours a week

Here at Serco, we're looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our FM Help Desk.
As Facilities Assistant you will function as a single point of contact between our clients and Serco.

You will work within a team of people providing a high standard of customer service in Switchboard and FM helpdesk.

The role will entail Contract Administration which include room and hospitality bookings, post room, car park management, stationery and file management.

You will operation computerised switchboard software to answer and forward calls, you will be listening and responding to client enquires with a positive and clear tone of voice.

The role will be based at our Belfast site 5 days a week, you will need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00am and 7:30pm.

What you'll need to do the role
You will need excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn and good administration skills.
