We are currently seeking a customer facing professional to join us as a _
Customer Implementations Coordinator _
at our location in Derby.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.


As a
Customer Implementations Coordinator, you will as part of our Business Implementations team, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.


You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.


About You


You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative, have intermediate excel skills, be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have an ability to prioritise workload.

Experience using ERP systems would be a bonus but is not essential.

We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences, especially aerospace and manufacturing.

It would be great if you have more than 3 years experience working in a customer facing role in a professional environment.

Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Starting salary between £21,600 to £27,000 dependent on experience
