This is a unique opportunity to join our Rapid Response team at FMG as a Client Services Executive, to take ownership of the day to day requirements for the commercial RRRM clients, manage their queries, retention and client satisfaction.


As the UK's leading incident management and roadside services company, FMG serve a range of clients in the public and private sectors, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our operations centre in Huddersfield.

FMG has extensive experience managing the mostcomplex of incidents ranging from road traffic collisions to heavy goods vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals.

We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK.


Role Overview:


Due to continued business growth the Rapid Response team is looking to recruit talented individuals to provide excellent service to our commercial clients.


Reporting directly to the Rapid Response Client Services Team Leader, you will be the custodian of the client's requirements for FMG, liaising between the clients and cross-functional RRRM teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services.
