As a Temporary Barista, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Providing general office support
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing conference room reservations
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office area
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- 1 Year minimum experience in a similar role.
