ROLE:
Scheduler Administrator
SALARY:
£12.28 p/h
JOB TYPE: 6 months
LOCATION: Bellshill
HOURS: Monday to Friday, full timeTHE ROLE
- Scheduling reactive and PPM works to be internal labour and subcontractors.
- Taking customer calls direct from the housing association.
- Raising purchase orders to subcontractors and ensuring work has been completed.
- Carrying out risk management to ensure all works have been completed in SLA.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Experience in previous admin roles.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Working in a FM industry, desirable.
