Job Role:

Adults Social Worker - Multi-Disciplinary Team

Pay Rate:

£30 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Duration:

Ongoing Contract (Temp to Perm)

Bury Council is seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) as Adults Social Workers.

With a competitive pay rate of £30 per hour, this role offers you the chance to make a significant difference in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside an experienced MDT workforce to support individuals to return to or remain in their own homes after a period of rehabilitation
Collaborate with a small social care team to provide support in both home-based and based-based areas of intermediate care
Implement a strengths-based approach to ensure that individuals voices are heard, and they are empowered to have choice and control over their lives

What Youll Bring:

A passion for adult social work and a desire to make a positive impact
Excellent communication skills and the ability to put the person at the forefront of any intervention
A commitment to delivering best practice in social work and promoting professional values and standards
A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience and completion of the ASYE programme
