The Crisis Outreach Service seeks to engage and work alongside some of the most vulnerable and hard to reach individuals in alcohol or drug crisis by linking them into appropriate treatment services through a person centred approach.
You should be a First Level Registered Nurse who is enthusiastic and able to demonstrate knowledge in relation to available treatments, harm reduction interventions underpinned by a person centred approach to the role.
You should be able to demonstrate your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with a number of professional, third sector and voluntary agency partners.
