Description
This company are currently recruiting a temporary Customer Service assistant on a temp-perm basis. This will be a role based at their office in Wolverhampton with the opportunity of hybrid working.

Contract: Initially temporary, with the potential for permanent placement


Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:


  • Answering Inbound Calls: Providing exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Dealing with Customer Queries: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Logging Data: Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining organized records.

Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to customers when necessary.


Requirements:

-
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre is required
-
Inbound Call Confidence: Comfortable and confident in handling inbound calls.
-
Call Centre Background: Experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable.
-
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary:
£12.59 per hour
