The Business Development Manager Role:

As a Business Development Sales Manager, your time will be spent identifying new business opportunities, these will come from both self-generated leads and lapsed accounts with the business.

Your roleas Business Development Manager will be to arrange and attend 6 meetings per month selling services to commercial businesses such as Large Corporate businesses, Tech and FMCG companies.


The Business Development Manager:

To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you will have experience selling high value, low volume services, in a field-based role, our client is open as to what industry this experiencehas come from as full training in events will be provided.

You must be dynamic, determined and confident in a new business role.

The package for the Business Development Manager:


  • Basic: £35,000 £40,000
  • Bonus: £1015k

Business Development Managercovers the UK but you will be based no further than 90 minutes from Swindon
