We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Apprenticeship Employer Recruitment Consultant. We are an Ofsted Good provider offering a variety of education options to young people.


As an Employer Recruitment Consultant, you will need to support the business through the development of strong relationships with new employers.

To search out and contact potential employers, explaining the service we provide and increasing opportunities for learners to gain high-quality work experience placements and Apprenticeship opportunities.

The key measure of success in the role will be against the achievement of company and contractual KPI's.

  • Undertake targeted employer marketing and recruitment that is driven by the needs as identified by the centres and departments.
  • This will include:
  • Generate business leads defined sectors and localities to support learners
  • Opening up Apprenticeship vacancies for learners
  • Targeting companies in a locality or sector for Apprenticeship vacancies to support the replenishment of caseloads, general programme growth and learner recruitment across other programme areas.
  • Respond to all allocated digital enquiries through Social Media within the agreed timescales.
  • Respond to all allocated digital enquiries through our website within the agreed timescales.
  • Respond to all allocated leads collated at marketing events within the agreed timescales.
  • Respond to all other allocated employer enquiries and leads within the agreed timescales.
  • Support with localised marketing activities and events as required.
  • To generate Apprenticeship vacancy is and complete due diligence / H&S / ELI / contract / employer questions / handbook ensuring all are signed and audit compliant.
  • Ensure vacancies will offer suitable experience to enable the learner to complete their qualification
  • Update the CRM database with employer contacts and sales progress.
  • Provide highquality IAG to employers to ensure they fully understand the range of services delivered by the company, the role they play in training and any grants or funding available to them.
  • To ensure processes are adhered to and that all documentation is completed to a high standard and is compliant with the relevant ESFA funding rules.
  • Comply fully with all internal policies and procedures.
  • Represent Nova at external events.
Participate and implement CPD delivered by the company.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post.

  • To ensure full adherence to the company Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity policies
  • To embrace and deliver exceptional IAG as one of the company's crosscutting themes.

Experience
Relevant, successful experience within a sale's orientated business to business environment.

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to achieve personal targets and high productivity.
  • Experience in successfully managing own performance against stringent and challenging targets.
  • An understanding of, and demonstrable commitment to, safeguarding, Every Child Matters and working with young people and vulnerable adults.

Qualifications
Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent, Equal Opportunities and Diversity

Good knowledge of Safeguarding and Health & Safety in a work placement environment.


Contract:
Full Time, Permanent


Hrs:37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm


Salary:
Up to £27,000 pa (Plus desirable commission. Potential earning upto £37000 including commission.)
