Leicester (hybrid)

The Company

Working as part of the business you will be collaborating with some of the UK's top brands to optimise their marketing campaign through a greater understanding of customer behaviour.

This company is going through tremendous growth now and offers a great opportunity for career progression and exposure to some of the big-name clients.

The Role

In this role you will be aligned with a specific account, they are looking for someone who is great with numbers and can translate the data findings into actionable insight for the client.

They are looking for someone who can understand the customer data and uncover hidden points, and then sit with the client and their marketing team and make recommendations and give strategic input on how to best adapt their marketing campaign to get themost out of their customer base.

This role is a much larger emphasis on marketing insight rather than analytics with a lot of use of visualisation skills.

You will be aligned with the CRM team to drive the business to continual improvement in Customer Loyalty, Acquisition, Segmentation, and Post-campaign analysis.

Skills Needed
In this role you do not require SQL, however, it is nice to have.

Experience dealing with customer data is critical, as well as experience in Segmentation, Marketing, and Post-Campaign analysis.

Great communication skills are required as conversing with clients and delivering strategic intel through presentation will be part of the role.
