Overview:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a related field.
Be an outstanding practitioner and an aspiring inspirational leader
Have a proven track record of success in raising student attainment
Have the ability to foster a love of RP to maintain high standards
Be a committed team player with experience in leading and managing successful teams
Fully understand the RP curriculum and local SACRE requirements, with the vision to further raise standards

The school's GCSE results last year were strong, with a whole school P8 of The RP results contribute to this success and demonstrate the strength of knowledge and skills taught as the school prepares for its Section 48 inspection.
