Bookkeeper


I am currently working with our client who is looking to recruit an experienced bookkeeper to join their team in Armagh.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Processing payments, invoices, income, and receipts and entering data into database
  • Preparing financial statements show business income and expenditure
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Liaising closely with the accountant and helping the accountant with administrative duties
  • Payroll duties
  • Developing financial statements
  • Client interaction, direct interaction and management
  • Other bookkeeping duties
  • 2 years previous experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Multitasking and organisational skills to manage different financial duties, including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical ability

What you need to do now:

INDHP

Salary:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
