About Our Client:

You will be working for a company that has grown rapidly over the last few years. This business are continuing to grow organically and are supported by their successful Talent Acquisition team. Their growth is not stopping and they have many plans to expand in the future. They are looking for someone who would like to be part of this journey and share in their values.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Early Careers, you will have a series of responsibilities to adhere to which include but aren't limited to:

  • Responsible for recruiting all of the Apprentices in the business
  • You will need to manage the end to end process, hiring approximately 40 new Apprentices a year
  • You will need to offer coordination and admin support within the current Early Careers team
  • Scheduling of interviews, managing large data sets and posting job adverts
  • Talking to potential new graduates and apprentices to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Contacting universities and colleges to establish new relationships
  • Schedule and manage assessment centres

The Successful Applicant:


  • You will have at least one years experience within recruitment and be looking to take the next step
  • Have a strong sense of urgency with an appetite to drive activity within the team
  • You will be a great communicator with an excellent work ethic
  • You will need to be proactive with a good attention to detail
