Lincolnshire Pond Plants Apprentice Position


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 with breaks
  • Total hours per week: 40


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering customer queries via phone and online
  • Managing social media updates
  • Assisting with order processing
  • Serving customers in the on-site shop
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments
  • Office administrative tasks
  • Improving knowledge of pond plants
  • Other duties as assigned


Training Provided

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
  • Bespoke practical and vocational learning
  • Maths and English Level 1 Skills
