Description

MMES 2012 LIMITED are looking to recruit an Electrical Estimator with at least 5 years of experience in commercial projects.

Start date March/April 2023

This individual will be responsible for the following:
Conceptual budgeting
Design development through construction document estimating (quantification and pricing)
Presentation of estimates/budgets with owners/consultants
Preparation and analysis (scoping) of electrical bid packages


We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Effective participation in a team environment
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
5+ years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Estimator
Bachelor's degree
A strong work ethic and a "can-do," solution-oriented attitude

Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum


Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
