We're looking for Senior Designers to join an established in-house agency team. You'll be joining a studio of over 90 people across multiple locations. Work is varied and includes internal clients across the group as well as external projects with recognised brands. This is a real hidden gem of a creative studio with interesting projects and a great culture.


What you'll be doing
In this role you'll play a strategic role.

You'll create concepts and designs yourself as well as help to shape and lead the work of others in the team.

You'll work alongside other creatives from juniors all the way up to principals and department heads.

As a senior, your experience will be key when taking the initial brief from clients.

Alongside the client services team you'll build great relationships with stakeholders and use your expertise to help shape the approach and direction of an idea.

Sometimes you'll take a concept through to design yourself, making the most of your graphic design skills but also work with other specialists in motion graphics, UI, 3D, AR and VR to deliver the concept.


What experience you'll need to apply

  • Be an experienced designer, comfortable creating concepts and getting hands on with design when needed.
  • Strong graphic design skills are essential, ideally with a good eye for layout, editorial, typography and illustration.
  • Great communication skills, comfortable in front of clients and taking design briefs.
  • Some agency experience would be beneficial.
  • An expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Able to work hybrid from the office twice a week.
