£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for a technical support representative, in the role you will be responsible for investigating and solving issues raised by customers, with day to day tasks consisting of checking issues in system configurations, message flow configurationsetc.

This is a unique chance to join a company as part of the EMEA Enterprise Centre Team, you can work from home, remotely, or in the office in the UK or Benelux.


Your main responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Solving incidents and service requests from customers
  • Communicate with customers, update them and solve issues
  • Understand mappings between different formats
  • A central source of technical knowledge to assist other teams in the company
  • Support the customer and internal departments translating business support questions
  • Develop detailed technical knowledge on the system
  • Consult and train customers on the use of the system
  • Manage customer expectations
To be successful in the position, you will likely have:

  • Degree level educations in computer sciences
  • Ability to analyse complex technical problems in detail
  • A customer focus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Technical Knowledge Required:

  • EDI (EDIFACT, ANSI X12), API, XML and ASCII file integration
  • XSD, XPATH, XSLT
  • VAN, FTP, HTTP(s), AS2, Webservices
  • Logistic processes
