Job description
- Maintaining a high standard of knowledge to assist with problem solving within the department
- To make contact with referred customers within time periods stipulated within referrer SLA
- To accurately gather and record all required information, recognising where further interrogation or validation may be required over and above customer's version of events
- To liaise with third party insurers, witnesses, repairers and other interested parties as necessary to validate claim
- To satisfy company security requirements in respect of client identification and fraud detection, ensuring team seniors and/or managers are notified of any suspicions
- To establish roadworthiness of customer's vehicle
- Deal with incoming calls and all new enquiries into the business
- Converting leads and spotting opportunities in enquiries
- Explain benefits of using CMC/AMC against the insurers.
- Client retention
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience using Proclaim system is an advantage
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Experience working within the Accident Management Industry, Motor Trade or Insurance arena would an advantage

Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Walkden, M28 3DG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
