ACE are now looking to invite an experienced POB Planning Co-Ordinator to join our already established, locally based team on a Fixed Term Contract (12 months).

The position is based at Holburn Street, Aberdeen.

  • Coordinate changes to mobilisation/demobilisation (sickness, name change, compassionate etc).
  • Update and maintenance of POB rotas.
  • Review POB lookaheads provided by projects/wells and review alignment.
  • Maintain close communications with Flight Bookings Team regarding seat allocation, utilisation etc.
  • Deliver compliance of industry and client guidelines/regulations.


Aviation logistics experience and knowledge of Vantage POB is essential as is the need to be fully competent in the use of Microsoft Software, particularly proficient in Excel.

A flexible attitude towards working patterns and ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised is needed.

The position is Monday to Friday


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£152.00-£179.00 per day
