Description
Service Desk Analystrequired to work with an NHS organisation in Hampshire. This is a 3_-month_ contract, paying £16.84 per hour, inside of IR35.
Summary:
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service experience with the ability to deal with a variety of technical issues remotely or over the telephone.
Main Responsibilities:
- Where incident/problem cannot be resolved, redirect the call to the appropriate team, ensuring communication to the customer.
- To ensure all forms of incident reporting to the service desk are logged within a timely fashion, and line with the Service Level Agreement.
- To help monitor response times for calls and if required
Essential Experience Required:
- You will have excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and PC / Laptop & Printer Hardware
- Ability to work as part of a larger team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting
