Key Responsibilities:

Answering all calls promptly and professionally in line with our client's brand values.


Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets through exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and offering appropriate solutions.

Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management.

Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the system.

Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.


Requirements:

Must be over 18 years old.


Pay:
£21,174.40-£23,795.20 per year
