Implementation Lead

(Initial 11-month contract that could lead to a permanent role)

Location:
Hybrid role with a mixture of home-based working with some travel required to the Bolton office


Salary:
up to £59,000


About the Company


Our client is a provider of healthcare and assessment services to the UK government and their new Health Division is expanding as they head into an exciting period of growth and they are currently recruiting for a Implementation Lead.


The Role


This position is a leadership and management role, responsible for the successful implementation of all required aspects of operational readiness, in line with the key milestones outlined in the Customer mobilisation plans for the requisite contract.


Co-ordinating activity across multiple disciplines including Clinical, Operations and Support functions the role is accountable for identifying all Customer requirements and ensuring appropriate resources and actions are in place ahead of contract commencementto ensure successful performance delivery.


Accountable for identifying, mitigating, and reporting all key risks to implementation and providing appropriate oversight and governance ensuring all documentation, project plans and materials are updated and recorded.


This role will be the primary contact for all Customer interactions and stakeholders, responsible for ensuring that technical, commercial, clinical, and operational requirements are met by the overall implementation team.


Main Duties

  • Supporting the Head of Transformation to drive the growth and transformation strategy.
  • Own the governance and oversight of Project/Implementation plans.
  • Ownership of delivering key milestones within the specified time frame.
  • Manage Key stakeholders to drive and deliver through them to hit objectives.
  • Translate plans and stand up several effective operations.
  • Liaison with customers and be the key contact.
  • Identify and report key risks and issues to Head of Transformation along with action plan to mitigate the risks.
  • Budget control manage resource costs in line with what has been agreed with the customer.
  • Leadership and motivation of Implementation team.
  • Establish and implement the framework for continuous improvement.
  • Establish culture and framework for employee engagement.
  • Share best practice across Transformation Team and contracts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Program/Project Management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role with proven results.
  • Experience of managing people and teams through change and transformation.
  • Experience of developing and improving operations.
  • Experience of leading and managing projects.
  • Experience of working on government, NHS or local authority contracts.

Salary
Up to £59,000
