Menzies Distribution are looking for a Administration Executive
to join us working days, providing a first-class service with our team in Coventry.

You'll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers.

Administration Executive

Reporting to:
Senior Analyst

Hours: 37.5 hours a week.

Salary:
Up to £26,000 depending on experience
Other benefits: 33 days holiday including bank holidays, Company pension scheme, free parking

Overview and Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support for our team who manage and analysis data on Stock Management Systems for large retail clients within the newspaper and magazine category.
You will be responsible for data processing, updating Excel reports, investigating products retailers report as unknown on the system, data cleansing, and other data related tasks.
You will also work with the helpdesk at our client retailers' Head Offices and the FORE helpdesk team in helping to answer store queries regarding the data on the system.
This is a varied and interesting role, with opportunities for development and progression.

Essential Skills:

A good working knowledge of MS Excel, preferably understanding some functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
A background in retail would be preferable but not essential.
Strong communication skills.
A high level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Selfmotivated with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to assimilate information.
Able to work on own and as part of a team.
Creative, resilient, and able to constructively challenge and influence
