M&E Supervisor

My client is a provider of M&E Building Services, Energy & Construction, a specialist in the provision of tailored and bespoke technical services that incorporates both maintenance and projects, serving a varied, blue-chip client portfolio to include (not limited to) Heath, Local Authority & Private Sector clients respectively.

An M&E Supervisor is required to oversee the delivery of M&E building services & building fabric projects to the value of c£500K - £600K to a multi-site portfolio consisting of commercial, education & healthcare environments located throughout the North West, notably the Merseyside, Cheshire & Greater Manchester areas.

Projects installations will typically include (not limited to) HVAC, plumbing, ventilation/ductwork, MEP, LED Lighting, power & building fabric and will be delivered by a mixture of both directly employed M&E trades and sub-contractors, the number dependent on the size and complexity of the project(s).

Hold M/E building services engineering qualifications/certificates/further training commensurate with the position of a M&E Supervisor/Project Engineer/Manager
Experienced in the delivery of mechanical & electrical building services/building fabric projects to the value of c£500K to a variety of client settings i.e. commercial/corporate, education and healthcare
Subcontractor and direct labour management
