Gel Resourcing are looking for an
Internal Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our busy Occupational Health team, based in the centre of Eastbourne.

This will be a very varied role, supporting the business with admin, complianceand resourcing related tasks

As our Recruitment Administrator you will be:

Formatting CVs
Producing contracts and documents from templates
Managing and organising vacancy adverts via job boards and social media
Updating and managing Gel Resourcing's ATS system
Assisting with payroll queries
Assisting with Interview arrangements
Assisting with Compliance checks
Assisting with Reference checks / enquiries
Updating Gel Resourcing's Social Media platforms

As our Recruitment Administrator you should have:

High level of numeracy and literacy
Proficient keyboard skills
Experience of Microsoft Office and database work
Previous administration skills and experience
Customer service skills
Previous recruitment experience nice to have but not essential
An understanding of confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Ability to work in a team and independently
Ability to work to deadlines
