General Project Scope

  • We are implementing a new mobile software solution called Movius for one third of our employees. This solution will allow the firm to record SMS conversations with external parties for regulatory purposes. Phase II will include a select amount of employees to have their Enterprise WhatsApp conversations recorded as well.
  • Approving orders via our Service Now ticketing wireless queue.
  • Escalate technical issues to the Movius team.
  • Manage leavers and joiners to add/remove services respectfully.
  • Work with deskside personnel to validate status of users in scope.
  • After the order has been processed and shipped check the MobileIron Core portal to ensure the employee as enrolled their phone.
  • Validate that they have activated their new corporate line of service with the carrier.
  • If they have not performed these steps, follow up with the employees to ensure they progress to the next steps.
  • Assist with management of the monthly billing review and reconciliation.
  • Compare various data elements from different data sources to via Vlook up to analyze compliance, usage and employees who have not actioned respectfully.
  • Escalate any issues to the internal BlackRock Mobility team for assistance with questions an employee has which cannot be fielded by this role.
  • Can take on adhoc mobile activities where the manager needs assistance to fill in for others.

Job Requirements:

- iPhone Support.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Organization skills required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Some technology experience would be a plus
  • Some background in the wireless mobility area


  • Office suite skills

  • Outlook, Excel, Teams, Data Management
