Experiential Producer
£45k-£50K per annum
Hybrid working


Major Players are working with a global experiential agency specialising in sports & entertainment who are looking for an experienced experiential Producer to join their team You will have a passion for interactive, innovation and a wealth of experienceworking on the technology side of large-scale live consumer events, AR/VR, product launches, brand experiences and experiential campaigns.

You will also have a background in delivering high quality software (websites, mobile websites, touchscreen systems andother interactive technology) with in-depth experience of managing design and build projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the creative and production teams whilst being fully immersed in the endtoend project from pitch, budgeting & timelines.
  • Utilising your knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional projects across experiential & digital platforms
  • Allocating responsibilities to internal and external teams and ensuring all actions are planned
  • Building long lasting client relationships
  • Managing digital suppliers, production teams and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Direct point of contact for the client throughout the development of the project, updating the client through all phases of research, development, production, and delivery
  • Support recruitment of new team members when needed
  • Managing timelines, monthly budgets, and reporting to the client on a regular basis

Requirements:


  • 5 years' + experience in an experiential / creative agency
  • Experience working across a wide range of experiential & digital projects including AR/VR, product launches and brand experiences
  • Strong client management skills
