Based in Letchworth, UK, is a small systems integration group that develop telemetry, monitoring and associated sensor-based technology that is used for monitoring water reserves.


The Role
You will be involved with the design, build, test, and installation of specialist water quality systems across the UK


This business purchase or sub-contract most manufactured parts & then collate them together according to the customers requirements to give a complete finished water measurement system.


  • Build systems such as data buoys, cabinet systems, using wiring and general assembly knowledge
  • Carry out field installation of finished systems, mainly in lakes, reservoirs, or coastal environments
  • Work with the design team on design changes or adaptations
  • QA test/inspect completed monitoring systems prior to customer delivery

Beneficial Skills/NOT Essential

  • CAD knowledge or exposure
  • Knowledge of telemetry systems would be beneficial not essential
  • PLC/Modbus knowledge or experience working with, faultfinding or programming
  • Comfortable working around water
  • Willingness to travel the UK. Circa 25% of the year
