COMPANY OVERVIEW:


Due to further growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Project Team Communications department for a Project Customer Communicator to join our rapidly expanding multi-award-winning energy efficiency company CES.


CES was formed back in 2015, and we are a proud ECO people-centric business who install solar PV, insulation, and heating systems into UK homes, for FREE.


We have won numerous national multi energy efficiency awards, been rated 5 stars on trust pilot and have been listed on Wales Fast Growth 50 project.


JOB DUTIES:


The Project Team Communicator will carry out the below tasks:

  • Work in partnership with Product Account Managers to ensure an effective customer service is delivered.
  • Lead customer contact with activities such as arranging surveys, engineer appointments and providing project updates.
  • Chase any missing paperwork to ensure the department is in receipt of all relevant paperwork needed.
  • Obtain customer information and transfer to relevant database.
  • Manage all customer enquiries, advocating a strong focus on customer care.
  • Data Entry.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:


  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and face to face.
  • Ability to be adaptable in their communication style.
  • Be an active team player as and when required.
  • Has the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to work.
  • Have willingness to learn and can take on information.
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn an inhouse CRM system.
  • Thrive in working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional can do attitude.

PACKAGE:


  • In return CES will pay a basic salary of £18'500.00 with a bonus structure paid on top, up to £1500 extra a month.
  • Overtime is available at a rate of double time on a Saturday.
  • Hours of work are Monday and Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday and Friday
  • Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year to include bank holidays.

Salary:
£18,500.00-£30,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
