Due to an exciting period of growth, Rizk Media are looking to bring on new talent for a Sales Administrator role in their Glasgow Head office to help support their clients and get involved in the day-to-day operations of their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Processing quotes and sales orders through Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Using internal CRM to manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts with the aim of growing the sales volume and onboarding new customers for long term success
Develop and follow up all sales opportunities
Resolve any client issues through the provision of excellent customer service and provide solutions in a timely manner
Build lasting relationships with your customers through regular contact to enable you to understand and predict their needs
Work collectively with your teammates both within the sales team and other internal departments to enable complete success through the customer journey
