Job Description and Requirements
Data Integrity Specialist
Solid understanding and experience leveraging data quality tools to contribute and shape a Data Quality Roadmap which optimizes people, processes, and technology to improve our overall data quality maturity level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify needs & recommend solutions around data quality and strategy:
- Develop and implement a data strategy with the guidelines for data standards and procedures, as well as data models, and database designs that ensure wide access to high integrity datasets.
- Promote data as an asset and influence culture change to make the organization more data driven
- Knowledge in developing Data Quality policies, standards, and best practices as well as incorporating them into a governance framework and practice
- Manages/Oversees systems and data to improve data quality
- Develop a comprehensive and deep understanding of the data we work with to help enhance data quality
- Thorough accounting of how each piece of data is gathered and accessed
- Conduct regular data cleaning efforts to rid the system of old, outdated, duplicate and/or conflicting data.
- Inclusive of account, contact, opportunity, and lead merging
- Understand and Maintain account hierarchy
- Design and maintain process documents for item setup and intake process, item maintenance and discontinuation process
- Develop and maintain processes that validate data across multiple systems
- Data Quality Controls
- Develop tracking of data quality issues & remediation efforts that emerge, and development of a portfolio view around the health of our data.
- Deep knowledge about data quality capabilities profiling, rule development, validation, outlier detection, monitoring, alerting & notification, stewardship workflow for data remediation, etc.
- Monitors day to day process to ensure data validation controls are in check
- Establishes a cadence for data checks
- Reviews all data getting loaded into systems
Key Requirements
- Solid knowledge and experience with data quality
- Solid understanding of account hierarchy
- Salesforce experience.
