A 3 month temporary opportunity for a Gift Admin Assistant to join a world-renowned prestigious London university


Gift Admin Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Processing donations received, ensuring that they are properly recorded in CRM system, Raiser's Edge, and applied in accordance with the donors' wishes
  • Securely processing credit card donations received either through the post, online or over the phone
  • Preparing acknowledgement letters to donors from agreed templates and send out daily
  • Produce tax receipts for donors on request and maintain electronic records.
  • Supporting the Gift aid claim process by checking that Gift aid declarations are available and donations are eligible
  • Updating the documented processes if changes have been agreed or new processes are introduced

Gift Admin Assistant Essentials:


  • Significant experience using a relational or membership database, ideally Raisers Edge, to record and retrieve data
  • Excellent standards of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Experience of providing high quality customer service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
