We are currently recruiting a Telesales Executive (inbound and outbound) for a family owned
luxury furniture retailer based at their Head Offices in central Birmingham.
The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth.
You would be joining anexisting team and assisting customers with any queries whilst processing sales over the phone.The Role
- Engage with customers to find out all requirements and recommend relevant products to make a sale
- Ensure stock is managed effectively
- Demonstrate and maintain exceptional customer service at all times
- Work closely with colleagues from all areas of the business
The ideal Telesales Executive (Hotline/Telesales)
- Must have experience in furniture sales
- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport
- Be confident and highly motivated
- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

**Basic c£19k, individual commission OTE £28-£32k
