Description:
  • Working in the Statutory SEND Team to undertake Education Health and Care needs assessments or annual reviews
  • You will ensure there is a person centred approach and good communications with children, young people and their families, along with working with a range of stakeholders as statutory processes are facilitated

What is required?

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a SEND casework team
  • Experience of writing a good quality person centred Education Health and Care Plan
  • Knowledge of SEND Legislation
  • Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
